Ein Land, in dem ich ankomme und mich wohlf\u00fchle. Ganz egal in welchem Teil des Landes ich mich befinde. Meine letzte Reise nach Portugal f\u00fchrte mich an die Rota Vicentina. Urspr\u00fcnglich war die Rota Vicentina ein Netz aus Weitwanderwegen, heute ist sie weit mehr. Was du an der Rota Vicentina alles erleben kannst, welche Unterk\u00fcnfte ich dir empfehlen kann und viele Hintergrundinformationen findest du in diesem Blogpost.<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist die Rota Vicentina?<\/h2>\n<p>Die Rota Vicentina &#8211; oder kurz Rota genannt &#8211; befindet sich im S\u00fcdwesten Portugals, in den Regionen Alentejo und der Algarve. Wanderurlaube, Tageswanderungen und besonders das Weitwandern sind das Hauptangebot der Rota Vicentina. Die beiden Hauptweitwanderwege sind der <a href=\"http:\/\/de.rotavicentina.com\/?pg=historico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Historische Weg<\/a> und der <a href=\"http:\/\/de.rotavicentina.com\/?pg=pescadores\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fischerpfad:<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Historische Weg erstreckt sich von Santiago do Cac\u00e9m bis nach Cabo de S\u00e3o Vicente im Landesinneren. Das Streckennetz des Weitwanderwegs ist 262 km lang und kann sowohl von Nord nach S\u00fcd, wie auch von S\u00fcden nach Norden und in einzelnen Abschnitten gewandert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Der Fischerpfad f\u00fchrt der Atlantikk\u00fcste entlang von S\u00e3o Torpes bei Sines \u00fcber Cabo de S\u00e3o Vicente bis nach Lagos. Das Streckennetz ist 226 km lang und kann ebenfalls in einzelnen Etappen, Tageswanderungen und Weitwanderungen in beide Richtungen gegangen werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seit einigen Jahren bem\u00fcht sich der Tourismusverband der Rota Vicentina neues Leben einzuhauchen. Hier findest du einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber alle Aktivit\u00e4ten. Meine pers\u00f6nlichen Highlights findest du hier &#8211; von Norden nach S\u00fcden gereiht:<\/p>\n<h3>Kanu fahren am Fluss Mira<\/h3>\n<p>Wo Wasser ist, da f\u00fchle ich mich wohl. Und genau aus diesem Grund habe ich mich f\u00fcr eine Kanufahrt am Fluss Mira entschieden. In dem kleinen Ort Vila Nova de Milfontes m\u00fcndet die Mira ins Meer und genau dort haben wir unsere Kanutour begonnen. Bei Flut kommt man auch gut flussaufw\u00e4rts voran und so sind wir zu dritt durchs Tal gepaddelt.\u00a0Die Landschaft ist saftig gr\u00fcn und am Ufer ersp\u00e4hen wir immer wieder kleine Krebse, die uns zun\u00e4chst neugierig betrachten und sich dann aber vor uns verstecken. Es dauert ungef\u00e4hr 2,5 Stunden bis wir von Vila Nova de Milfontes in Casa Branca ankommen.<\/p>\n<p>\u21a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecotrails.info\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Surfen in Odeceixe<\/h3>\n<p>Um ehrlich zu sein, hatte ich das Surfen bereits aufgegeben. Es hat einfach nicht gefunkt und mir absolut keinen Spa\u00df gemacht. Da meine letzte Surferfahrung allerdings schon einige Jahre aus war, habe ich mich dann doch dazu entschlossen dem Ganzen eine letzte Chance zu geben. Wo, wenn nicht in Portugal das Surfen nochmal probieren?<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem zweist\u00fcndigen Einf\u00fchrungskurs mit Surflehrer Jo\u00e3o hat sich meine Einstellung zum Surfen um 180\u00b0 gewendet. Mit seinem Enthusiasmus und den vielen praktischen Tipps habe ich es einige Male geschafft, am Brett zu stehen und auf den Wellen zu reiten.<\/p>\n<p>\u21a0 <a Sofia lebt mit ihren Eseln auf einem Bauernhof abgeschieden im Vale das Amoreiras bei Aljezur.<\/p>\n<p>Zuallererst hei\u00dft es die Esel von der Weide einzutreiben. Das ist recht einfach, denn die Tiere freuen sich auf unseren Besuch und sind neugierig. Danach striegeln und streicheln wir die Esel und schon kann die Wanderung losgehen. Die ersten Tage meiner Reise verbrachte ich im St\u00e4dtchen Sagres im Pura Vida Divehouse. Der Inhaber und Tauchlehrer Cris hat sich ein gem\u00fctliches Konzept \u00fcberlegt, denn die\u00a0Tauchbasis und Zimmer befinden sich am selben Grundst\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p>Zwei Tage tauchen wir gemeinsam und er zeigt mir die sch\u00f6nsten Tauchpl\u00e4tze, die direkt vor der Haust\u00fcre liegen und mit dem Boot in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Die Wassertemperaturen sind k\u00fchl und die Tauchg\u00e4nge lang, daher ist das Tauchen in Trockenanz\u00fcgen ratsam.<\/p>\n<p>Die Unterwasserwelt in Sagres hat mich \u00fcberrascht: viele kleine Nudis, H\u00f6hlen und wundersch\u00f6ne Gorgonien. einigen Fragen gesammelt, die auch mich interessiert haben:<\/p>\n<h3>Wann ist die beste Reisezeit f\u00fcr die Rota Vicentina?<\/h3>\n<p>Prinzipiell kann man die Rota Vicentina ganzj\u00e4hrig besuchen, je nachdem welche Aktivit\u00e4ten geplant sind. Da die Sommermonate gerade im S\u00fcden Portugals sehr hei\u00df werden k\u00f6nnen, ist es ratsam keine Wanderungen im Juli und August zu unternehmen, da die Temperaturen da ihren H\u00f6chststand erreichen. Viele Hotels und Aktivit\u00e4ten sind im Sommer auch ausgebucht und euer Trip wird im Sommer nicht so toll sein wie in den anderen Jahreszeiten. Wanderungen und Weitwanderwege solltest du also zwischen September und Juni planen. Die beste Reisezeit f\u00fcr die Rota Vicentina ist der Fr\u00fchling mit seinen angenehm milden und angenehm warmen Temperaturen.<\/p>\n<h3>Welche Wanderrouten gibt es entlang der Rota Vicentina?<\/h3>\n<p>Der Historische Weg (Caminho Hist\u00f3rico) und der Fischerpfad (Trilho dos Pescadores) sind die beiden l\u00e4ngsten Weitwanderwege, die zur Rota Vicentina geh\u00f6ren.
